This page complements and forms part of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of FilmFlix.


1. Scope of Support

FilmFlix provides support related to:

  • User accounts and profiles

  • Login and authentication (Google Login, OTP)

  • Subscriptions and subscription plans

  • Points, credits, and rewards system

  • Technical issues related to the platform

  • Privacy and data protection inquiries

Support does not include:

  • Individual content availability requests

  • Custom technical modifications

  • Legal advice beyond published policies


2. Account and Login Support

2.1 Login Issues

If you experience problems logging in:

  • Verify the email address used during registration

  • Ensure OTP codes are entered within their validity period

  • Check your Google account permissions when using Google Login

For security reasons, FilmFlix cannot bypass authentication mechanisms.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.


3. Profiles and Child Profiles

FilmFlix allows multiple profiles within one account.

  • Child profile restrictions

The primary account holder is responsible for:

  • Managing all profiles

  • Content accessed through child profiles


4. Subscriptions and Plans

4.1 Subscription Information

Support can provide assistance with:

  • Subscription activation or expiration

  • Access issues related to active subscriptions

Subscription details are always displayed before purchase.

4.2 Subscription Changes

Changes to subscription plans may take effect:

  • Immediately, or

  • At the end of the current billing period

Specific conditions depend on the selected plan.


5. Points, Credits, and Payments

5.1 Points and Credits

Support may assist with:

  • Points balance inquiries

  • Credit conversion issues

  • Credit usage for subscriptions

Points and credits:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • May have expiration rules

5.2 Payments

For payment-related issues:

  • Verify transaction confirmation

  • Check payment provider status

FilmFlix does not store full payment card details.
Refunds are handled according to the Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

Support may assist with:

  • Playback or access problems

  • Device and browser compatibility

FilmFlix does not guarantee uninterrupted service but works to resolve issues as promptly as possible.
