These Terms govern the use of the FilmFlix platform and services.

By using FilmFlix you agree to these Terms.

  1. Definitions – FilmFlix, User, Account, Profile, Subscription, Credit.

  2. Eligibility – 18+ or under parental supervision.

  3. Accounts – user responsible for security and activity.

  4. Profiles – account holder responsible for all profiles.

Subscription and digital content

By purchasing a subscription, the user expressly agrees to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledges loss of the 14-day withdrawal right.

Payments

Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.
Digital service payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable use

No sharing, copying, bypassing security, or illegal use.

Intellectual property

All content is protected.

Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country of the operator’s registered office, subject to EU consumer protection laws.
