We never receive or store your Google password.

b) OTP (One-Time Password) Login

When using OTP authentication:

  • OTP verification logs (for security and fraud prevention)

  • IP address (anonymized where possible)

  • Device and browser information

  • Pages viewed and content watched

  • Date and time of access

3. Profiles and Child Profiles

FilmFlix allows the creation of:

  • Primary (adult) profiles

  • Child profiles with restricted access

Child profiles:

  • Have limited content availability

  • Do not collect additional personal data beyond what is necessary for functionality

  • Are managed and controlled by the primary account holder

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent.

4. Points, Credits, and Rewards System

FilmFlix operates a points-based reward system:

  • Points can be converted into account credit

  • first and last name

  • delivery address

  • e-mail address

  • phone number

These data are transferred exclusively to contracted carriers and shipping companies responsible for delivery (e.g. postal and courier services).

The data are transferred only to the extent necessary for delivery and on the legal basis of contract performance pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Carriers act as independent data controllers and process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Sale of Goods – FilmFlix E-shop

1. Subject of Sale

The operator, through the FilmFlix service, enables users to purchase physical goods (merchandise), in particular items related to the FilmFlix brand (e.g. clothing, accessories, collectible items and other products).

The purchase contract is concluded remotely via the online store available on the FilmFlix website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

An order created by the user in the e-shop represents a proposal to conclude a purchase contract.
The purchase contract is formed at the moment the operator confirms the order (by sending a confirmation email).

The user is obliged to provide truthful and complete information necessary for delivery.

3. Price and Payment Terms

All prices in the e-shop are final and include VAT.

Payment can be made:

  • by online payment method

  • using FilmFlix credit balance (FilmFlix Wallet)

When paying via wallet, credits are deducted at the moment the order is confirmed and the transaction is recorded in the wallet history.

4. Delivery

Goods are shipped to the delivery address specified by the user in the order.

The expected dispatch time is usually 2–7 business days after payment receipt unless stated otherwise.

The operator is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Withdrawal from Contract (Returns)

The user (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To withdraw, the user must contact FilmFlix support and send the goods back to the address provided by the operator.

Goods must be:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • in the original packaging (if possible)

Return shipping costs are borne by the user.

After receiving the returned goods, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method or credited to the FilmFlix Wallet.

6. Complaints and Defects

In case of defective goods, the user has the right to file a complaint according to applicable law.

Complaints can be submitted via FilmFlix customer support.
The operator will resolve the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days after submission.

7. Exceptions to Withdrawal

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for:

  • customized goods

  • sealed hygienic goods after opening
